The KDI folks were careful in their delivery and installation and even came back to deliver an additional, matching shelf when we realized we needed one more. We had a wonderful experience working with KDI. I had a vision for our custom kitchen and Darrell worked with me to bring that vision to life. He listened to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and delivered something even better than I imagined. David was also incredibly helpful when it came to selecting tile and countertops. He explained the pros and cons of each and helped me find the perfect combination. In love with our new shower!

Working with KDI was a great experience as we designed and built our home in Williamsburg. Darrell and David understood and embraced our design esthetic from the beginning through to the finishing touches. I appreciate their attention to detail on everything. And, even after the house was completed, David again quickly responded to a request for additional tile work to finish off a space that we hadn't thought about in the building process. It's just a joy to work with him. I know that there will be more occasions in the future when I'll call upon his expertise and keen design instincts to add personal touches to our home. In fact, because of their incredible work, our house became a home. And for that we are truly grateful.

KDI did a wonderful job on our cabinets and countertops for our bathroom remodel a couple of years ago. We had a couple issues with the finish on the painted cabinets and when I talked to Nickie they were able to come quickly and did an excellent job in fixing the paint. It’s rare to see a company so invested in the quality of their work long term. They definitely have a customer for life.

I recently had my floors completely redone with porcelain tile and had all custom cabinetry installed by KDI in Newport News, VA—and I couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The porcelain tile work is flawless and adds a modern, clean look to my home. The custom cabinets are not only beautiful but also extremely well-crafted and functional. The craftsmanship and quality of materials exceeded my expectations.
