They ended up charging hundreds of dollars more than the upper range of the initial quote. The office claimed that the technician cannot accurately provide quotes so that was the cause of the price discrepancy. If that is the case, the technician should not be giving verbal quotes to customers. Now 3 months after they completed the job the same issue is occurring. I would advise others to not use this company if they want the job done correctly and pricing communicated clearly.

They came out very fast when we told them we had a leak somewhere because of a high water bill. They checked in the house and then under the house and found the leak and repaired it and explained what happened and what they did. They are reasonably priced and polite and my overall experience with them was great. I would recommend them for any job!

This company should not be in business. I called them to look at a septic lift station, and the technician showed up only to tell me I needed to have the septic pumped out — something they don’t even do. That should have been disclosed before scheduling the visit. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid a third-party company to pump the septic. After two hours of struggling, their tech gave up and declared the pump broken. When I called the office to ask about next steps, I was told the “commercial department” would follow up, and that this might turn into a $10,000+ job. I waited two weeks for an official quote — with zero response from their back office. Finally, I called Precision Plumbing, who came out, pumped the septic themselves, and fixed the pump on the first visit

Haven’t had any service from this company but I have had horrible experience with a few of their trucks today 10/8/2025 @ 2:42pm. We’re traveling East on Hwy 70 and THREE company trucks come riding my rear as I’m already going 65/70 in a 55mph zone. I have two of my very young children in the car and DO NOT appreciate this from your employees. Do Better

The service was great and they kept their work area neat and clean. Fast and friendly experience. Extremely reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend
