As a property manager I have had multiple experiences with various painting companies in Brevard. Keenan Painting is one of the very best, IMHPO. They do exceptionally good work and are professional, efficient, competitively priced, and friendly. The owner, Greg, takes a personal interest in every job from the very largest down to the very smallest. I have several clients that are not only happy with Greg and his company, but will come back to him years later with other projects and when the time comes to refresh their buildings' envelopes. Greg's crews have all been with him and his family founded/owned company for many years (decades) and everyone's dedication to the industry is a credit to Keenan's dedication to quality work and personal standards.

Keenan's team of 3 to 4 painters were on time, very professional and knowledgable about the job of painting the outside of my home. They explained what they were going to do each day and answered all questions, when asked. After a thorough power washing (to include my pool screen), the paint team worked to accomplish the job in record time. Mr. Kennan came by every day to make sure the crew didn't miss anything. Every time I called the office with questions about estimates/scheduling/etc, the office administrator knew everything I needed to know before, during and after the paint job was completed. I've had my house painted 3 times in the past by other companies. Keenan Painting, Inc. was absolutely the best!

Finally a dependable and honest business owner in home painting! The owner, Greg, was so polite and considerate and he is honest and fair about pricing! His crews did a great job on painting our home and pool deck! We will absolutely call Greg and Nena at Keenan Painting again if we need anything else!

Very impressed with Greg and his seasoned crew. They have a lot of years of experience especially added up, and it shows. They painted our whole house exterior stucco and some inside too. The job was done very quickly and expediently. The tape lines were impeccable. Can’t say enough good about this outfit.
