first off everyone at Keenans treated us amazing and made a huge impression with us. We just moved here and needed HVAC work done and after meeting with many companies it was very clear who to use. Most importantly we would like to shout out 3 people on their team. Jeff, Chris, and Chip. Not only were they very professional, but overall, the most knowledgeable. We had them convert our home from swamp cool to A/C and not only did the finished product end up better than expected but the entire crew listened to my concerns of making sure the finished product looked amazing and was like it was not a sloppy add on. The entire install crew made it clear that quality was their first priority and they even made sure to clean up not daily but regularly throughout the day and paid very close attenti

First let me say I am a very long time customer an had been happy. That being said my Breeze air cooler quit. They got a tech out fairly quickly he ordered a part an brought it out on Monday morning. It was not the problem an said needed a new unit. HVAC guy was to arrange new unit. He would not return my calls and 3-4days later I found someone else. I have been sitting in this house for more than a week with no ac in 90 + temps outside.

Keenan’s Heating & Plumbing are great. Wayne came out to service our furnaces and noted that carbon monoxide was emitting from both. They had to be shut down but this was on a Monday and by Wednesday Kyle and Taylor were here to replace them. They are so nice and attentive and did a great job! We have used Keenan’s for years and they’ve always been awesome. Thank you!

Good products (we had them install a new Lochinvar boiler), good and prompt service, friendly staff. Update: they have serviced our boiler a couple of times since the install. Their service after our initial purchase was exemplary! Keenan’s service personnel (namely, Robin) are some of the best we have ever worked with. We have used other plumbers and heating contractors in the past. In the future (for any plumbing or heating needs) we will ONLY use Keenan’s!!!
