My heat pump was not defrosting. Keener quickly responded to my initial call and diagnosed the issue as a few possible problems. They replaced an initial part as a first attempt. Unfortunately the unit still wouldn't defrost. They then recommended replacing a second part as the next attempt, which I approved. They agreed to order the part and schedule the installation once the part was delivered. Then they stopped communicating and never followed through. I reached out several times over the next month with no response. I eventually had to hire another company to finish the job. If you value communication and follow-through, I do not recommend this company.

James helped us diagnose what was wrong with our AC and eventually shop for a new unit and get it installed. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as honest and upfront. Every time I needed to contact him he was quick to respond. He explained how different parts of my AC work when I asked for more information, but didn't get too technical to a point where I couldn't follow along. The only downside is that the jobs took a while and he sometimes gets backed up on jobs, but personally I'd rather have something done slowly and well, rather than quickly and poorly.

His integrity and strong work ethic were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend him for anyone needing honest, reliable HVAC work.

During an expected very busy time, James came out the same day I called, knowing exactly how to fix the problem, and had my furnace running perfect very quickly. He was very professional and polite. I will be calling him first if I have heating/air conditioning problems from now on...

We were provided outstanding service tonight when we called about our AC unit not working. We called after 7:30pm and the problem was fixed in under an hour. Very grateful to not have to go into the weekend with no AC, thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone!
