Highly recommend Southern Ohio Sanitation Services. I got a prompt e-mail response after filling out their online contact form and communication was great. We got an appointment for a septic tank pump within a week and they did a great job. Would use their services again in a heartbeat!

Ghosted us with a non-functional septic aerator. Initially, it seemed like this was going to be a good company to work with. After many years at our house with no septic issues, we needed a septic clean out and Josh was nice in texts and phone conversation while we were getting things set up. The issue started once actual work was done. The day they came to pump the septic and clean the aerator, my husband can home to the alarm on the aerator going off. We called about the issue and someone was sent to make an additional visit. After that visit, it seemed like the aerator was working for about an hour until the alarm started going off again. Despite multiple additional phone calls and texts, we have gotten no response. Our aerator is not working at all and we have been attempting to resolv
