I called before putting my order in to make sure the product was in stock, was told it was and would take 2 to 5 business days to receive. After a week I called left messages, emailed many times. After a week of attempts was told it was back ordered for a month. After the date I was told it would be in, never heard back from anyone from the company until I threatened going to better business bureau. A manager called me like they did nothing wrong, even had an attitude like they were not responsible. Asked for my money back we will see if I will! Once and only time I will try to order from this company. No standard for customer service

The owner came to see the two locations where I needed work--strip and wax floors and clean carpets. We agreed on a date and time for the work to be done, but on that date, no one showed up. I called and left countless voicemail messages, and he never returned my call. Twice I got a person who seemed responsive and promised to call back "this afternoon" but no one ever did. I called after the weekend to try to reschedule, but no one ever returned my call. What a terrible way to do business!

They do much more than commercial cleaning. Hardware store auto repair and alignment. Good service and prices.

I got my double pane broken Glass window fixed with them which saved me replacing the window and they got it done in a few hours which saved me boarding the window; also the price was right

I took my scrub machine there to fix and instead of fixing it like I told them too. They sold it. Do not use them ever again.
