Keep It Clean With Raylene

Raylene and her team crushed it. I'm selling my house and needed it thoroughly cleaned top to bottom and they did a fantastic job. I thought I would have to hire someone special to get the shower back to a presentable state but they did it and saved me a ton of work. The cleaners were friendly and professional and braved the snow and ice to get to me on a very tight south Philly street. Would highly recommend.

I hired Raylene and her team for a deep cleaning. While they did a decent job on the upper floors, the first floor and basement felt rushed and weren’t cleaned as thoroughly as expected. I paid $500 for the service, plus extra for the stove cleaning, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the results. The doors still had noticeable dirty spots, the kitchen wasn’t cleaned well, and the stove wasn’t done properly despite the additional charge. As a business owner, I understand the importance of delivering quality service. When customers pay for a job, they expect it to be done right. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel I received the level of service I paid for, so I won’t be reoccurring client.

I got a deep clean and sheduling was easy, and communication was smooth. Amy, who handled my booking and follow-up questions, was extremely kind and apologetic, which I really appreciated! Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleaning itself. Several areas that are listed as part of their deep clean service were missed, including 2 out of 3 ceiling fans, a mirror frame, hutch, framed wall art, the top of the fridge, an entire side table, some open baseboards, and the walls I specifically requested be dusted. I also asked them to focus on the upstairs floors, but the hallway wasn’t vacuumed at all. On top of that, my toilet, which was working fine before, ended up clogged after the cleaning. Raylene and her team were awesome! Super easy to communicate with, right on time, really friendly, and very efficient. I also found it helpful that they brought their own supplies. Before they left, they asked me to check everything to make sure it met expectations, which I really appreciated. Everything looks great — definitely recommend!
