I found Hanna's business card while cleaning out my purse and wanted to take a moment to thank her again. After I was in a car accident, she helped me get out of the car, took care of my cuts, and even ran back to turn off my vehicle. Another gentleman from KE&G also stopped to check on me. Both were incredibly kind and helpful, and I've thought about them often. KE&G is lucky to have such great employees—thank you, Hanna, for your kindness

I’m so thrilled with the work KE&G did in my neighborhood last month! They were so kind and courteous every time I had to interact with them! I don’t think anyone is super thrilled when there is construction near their home, but at least they were all very kind and professional! Great work KE&G. The road looks and rides great!

KE&G hired a tow truck who was trying to tow my car this morning and the tow guy was very verbally abusive screaming at me while the KE&G superintendent just sat in this truck and watched. They gave no notice to the residence in the area and offered hardly any explanation of what was going on telling me to move my car before it got towed. They just said the city was milling and there were signs to not park there but the signs were an overhead power line danger sign and a no parking sign THAT THE TOW TRUCK DROVE OVER. What a coward sitting in his truck while some degenerate tow guy was yelling at me. I called the office to complain and the receptionist said a supervisor will call me back but we'll see. The crew that came out to my home and repair a water leak, did an outstanding job. The clean up looks outstanding. Thank You KE&G Crew. Your crew came, found the problem, repaired the problem, clean the sight back to the way it was. Outstanding crew.
