Keiffer Southtowns Enterprises

I have been a customer of Keiffer Southtowns Enterprises for several years. They are an awesome company to work with. I called yesterday for a furnace clean up and I thought I could smell a little gas coming from my furnace. They got me an appointment the very next day. James came in an inspected my furnace and all checked out fine. I don't have to worry about them "finding" something. They are an honest company and do great work.

Called when our furnace went out on the weekend. It was 3 degrees outside. Gave us arrival time and was actually early. Diagnosed problem, told us it could be another day or so to receive part needed. Our furnace is older, and he wasnt sure part would be readily available. Gave advise on how to keep pipes from freezing. Left and called 15 minutes later to tell us he found the needed part at his shop. Came back, had us up and running within a half hour. Had previously used Keiffer for plumbing repair and that's why we called them again. Very nice, polite and professional and prompt. Happy with the price and work done.

We had a plugged drain on a Thursday evening, called Keifer Plumbing early the next morning and they were at my house in an hour. The man that came was very knowledgeable fixed our problem promptly and even gave my husband a few tips. We have found our new plumber! Everyone was wondering! Thank you Keifer Plumbing!

Recived excellent service from there technician to dignosis why furnace was not working on an emergency call. Furance was 42 years old . Best solution was to replace it. They sent a very fine two man crew to instal the next day. Very happy with there workman ship.
