Precision Flooring is a fantastic company with a profoundly strong within. Tom was all in from the start and personally addressed the consultation, project scope, and installation. He took extra time to work through some structural challenges in our 100 year old home. We had kitchen flooring, bathroom flooring, and 3 rooms of carpet installed and all were top notch. Matt and his team literally transformed our small upstairs bathroom in a few hours. They took extra care and were extremely professional and friendly throughout. Precision Flooring is a great company to work with. I used them for my home in 2019 (see photos) and then for a few rental properties afterward. They have a wide variety of flooring products to choose from, so we were able to consider many different styles and types (thanks again for your patience with us Tom!). They stand by their product, and even came back over two years later when I called about a small issue that was an easy fix. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service.
