Keith Heating and Air Conditioning

My old air conditioner was dying. I called Keith and he gave it CPR for over an hour but it didn’t make it!!! Well, everything passes in due time and is replaced by a new generation!! Keith was able to get a new unit and install it by the next morning … So the story goes on… after a week , I could not get the thermostat to work ( it died too) so consequently ….. no air and of course, the first heat wave had hit Simi! I called late afternoon and Keith and Ayden were there the next morning with a brand new thermostat! I can’t even tell you how much I recommend this business!!!! Professional, experienced and friendly as all get out!!! I’m sold.. an A++ and a “10”!!!

On the hottest day of this summer, my 40 year old AC died. Called few places and I got CRAZY quotes. Then Jared from Keith heating called me and on the phone explaining my options. I was so impressed with Jared and I felt that he is really honest and he is NOT trying to rip me off like the other companies out there. I'm so impressed!! On one of the hottest days of the year, I didn't expect anyone could even get to my house for a few days. I called at 2 pm today. I missed his return call a few times, called him back and he arrived at my house ready to help at 8:30 pm the same day! He fixed my issue and my AC works perfectly. Had a good experience using this company, and Keith has a lot of integrity. I was having AC issues, and of course it was on a 90 degree day. Called their number, spoke with a nice lady and received a call from Keith within the hour. Keith showed up about an hour after our call, which was huge. I had called two other companies, but Keith was by far the quickest responder, which is important on a hot day. He fixed the AC and went on his way. Shortly after he left, the AC wasn't acting quite right. I called Keith to let him know, and he assured me that it wasn't a problem and he'll take care of it that day.
