I have multiple rentals and constantly need HVAC maintenance/repairs so I have a good idea of costs. The work appears to be fine, but the prices are far too high. This was my first time using Keith Key and the work was simple: vac condensate line, clean drain pan, clean air handler coils, attach drain pan overflow wiring to system. The simple non-technical work took under 2 hours and the charge was $500. That's $250/hr higher than a doctor. In addition they wanted $85 for a single air filter, no thanks had enough gouging for one day, so I bought a filter for $16 including shipping. I'd suggest using someone else unless you have cash to burn.

Bryce, the service technician who came to our home for HVAC maintenance, was on time, very kind, and explained everything he completed before leaving. He even put on booties before entering the house and asked permission before going into the bedrooms while checking the AC flow to ensure it was evenly distributed throughout the home. This was our first appointment under the yearly maintenance plan, and we are so glad we signed up. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

We had seperate issues with both our heating and our AC in the course of a few months. I was impressed how quickly they got someone out. Both times Walker was able to diagnose and repair the problem without delay. We were very happy with his service!
