Mariner Plumbing

This is a complete drain field removal and replacement, not just some repair to get me by. I wanted an entirely new drain field. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Jacob, Brandon, Bob, John, and Nick. These men are very hard workers, professional, and very kind and considerate. This was no small job. And pure beach sand to work in. So I was happy to see they worked safely and adapted to the inevitable challenges they faced. Before i signed anything, Jacob worked with me for hours making sure i found the right financing available. Before this job was over, I already called him to get back in his schedule for another project.

Where do I begin. After having 3 other companies come out over 2 years begging for more to be done, asking for cameras, and paying thousands of dollars for clean outs (in the same place there was already one) Mariner Plumbing fixed the job! From the First call Hannah was knowledgeable and just empathetic that we were dealing with an issue for over 2 years. She assured me they would figure it out. We set for someone to come out early in the next few days. I received a text the morning they were to arrive saying they were on the way. Jacob arrived, walked around reviewed the area. Said that it would be best to clean and camera the line. ALL THIS IN THE SAME DAY! I had begged 2 other companies to do this and never got it. After only a few minutes he has the clog free and got the camera going.

Jacob had been the most amazing help! Truly knowledgeable and has helped us every step of the way with our old house and never ending plumbing issues. Brandon and bob came and replaced our whole sewer line and they were so quick and efficient! They also respected our grass and cleaned up after themselves which was so appreciated! I will never go to another plumbing company again. Mariner all the way for literally all of your plumbing needs. They are kind and respectful and genuinely just want to help. Thankyou guys for all your hard work and patience!

Jacob was AWESOME! HE CAME IN DID HIS WORK was very respectful...communicated what needed to be done even gave us a price on re- piping our entire home...Dynamite service! We will be calling you back! But just curious is 2900 a good price or is that over kill? I'm just perplexed.

Wow. The worst experience (though read the "edit" at the end for the good customer service I received following the review). After changing out a backflow preventer to swap out a toilet, the backflow preventer was leaking. I figured it was an old o-ring. I put in a call. The guy showed up the next day (which was fine, it was a holiday and I called in the evening). Without looking inside it in any way or diagnosing anything about what was wrong, the guy tells me the backflow preventer is old, a "kit" to repair would take over a week, and the only realistic offer he made was to install a new one for about 2,000 plus having someone come out and certify it. Sensing I was being taken for a ride and having a hard time believing that something simple like maybe a bad o-ring rendered the thing UNR
