Keith Lott's Plumbing worked with ATMOS on a gas project in my neighborhood. When a fireplace couldn't be relighted after the project Keith Lott's came to fix the new problem. After 13 months the fireplace is still not working and I offered to directly pay to Keith Lott any charges to finish the repair. They have asked several times for patience until they could handle my starter problem. Ultimately, the owner/manager doesn't want to complete a repair they started in my house a year ago. Is this an honorable owner/manager/company in your mind? It is sad that the lowly public receives poor service.
Keith Lott's Plumbing is the only plumbing company that I will reccommend and use. They have the best service, best customer service, and best price!! They are so fast and dependable!! They came out the same day I called and were so fast and clean!!! They have my business for life!! CALL KEITH FOR ALL OF YOUR PLUMBING, HEATING AND COOLING PROJECTS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST!!
It was great. The workers are very friendly and Stephen and Adrain did an outstanding job!
Will no longer do residential work. At least that is what they told me when I called on 3-24-22
