I had an older water heater enter lockout mode. I tried several times to get it out of lockout mode. Nothing worked. Rather than just assume it was gone I figured i would spend the $130 on a service call and see if an experienced technician could solve the problem. The technician advised me that he could not get it out as well. He was honest and told me the part needed ($600) was not worth replacing due to the age (15 yrs) of the water heater. He was very forthright, knowledgeable, and honest. I will absolutely use them again.

I think they did a good job in my bathroom replacing faucets, shower control and tub controls. (I can't tell if the shower and tub are leaking or not because it would be in the wall, but the sink faucets are not leaking). Since that went well, I asked them to swap out an outside spigot. When it got used several days later, it leaked pretty badly in my downstairs area where I had a shelving unit. I was lucky to notice it right away, but I had to hustle to get my shelving unit unloaded and everything dried off. They did come and fix it that day. Now it's turned off and drained for winter. But I have my shelving unit elsewhere since I don't really trust that spigot anymore. We'll see what happens in the spring. We called Keith Pumper Plumbing and heating and were greeted warmly on the phone by the receptionist. After explained the two projects I needed done, she needed clarifying questions so she transferred me briefly with the plumber. When I then was transferred back to her she was friendly and got me scheduled in very quickly. The plumbers arrived on time (even 5 minutes early!) and got to work. So often when I hire out for plumbing and heating, the professionals arrive and end up just taking a look and having to come back at a later date to do the actual work. Not these guys.
