This review is specifically for Michelle in Electrical. I stopped in during a recent trip through Northfield (I don't live there) and I was trying to see if Menards could Special Order a Square D product not normally stocked by Menards. Michelle was busy with another task, but immediately stopped to help me. After I explained my request, she did a little research and told me that she would have to reach out to her vendors. She took my contact information and she contacted me later that evening (on her own time & on her own phone) giving me the details. I then stopped in at my local Menards (Twin Cities) to order the item and the 3 different sales associates that I talked to all gave me a blank stare. I love Menards, I just wish I didn't have to drive 35 miles to get there. First class store, terrific employees! I don't think it can be done any better.

Menards in Dundas MN is great. They could do a better job of organizing, stocking, and providing help in the indoor and outdoor lumberyards.
