We had Chris snd Rob of Finger Lakes Handyman replace a sliding patio door at our home. We found them to be professional and easy to be in our hime. They were even great to our pet corgi. They really paid attention to detail and we absolutely love the new door! They were very efficient as well. Thanks again guys.

I had a fascia piece dangling from my roof and it was flapping in the wind, in danger of coming off completely and was very loud! I called Keith's at 9 a.m. and Emily answered, told me she'd check with Keith on the scheduling and that they'd get back to me before lunch. At 12 noon, Keith called me and said he would have two guys come and repair it the next day. I had told him how it was keeping me awake when the wind blew and he checked the schedule and said he would see if he could have someone come later that day. At 4:30, he called and said two guys would be at my house within the hour! I was thrilled! They came and did a great job, were very polite and professional and fixed my problem within an hour! I highly recommend Keith's Handyman Services!

Do not do business with this company. They came out to fix our GE dryer when the knob came off, but despite confirming the appointment they did not show up. Didn't call or let us know they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. Finally got a second appointment scheduled, and the solution was to glue gun the knob to the dryer. We waited 24 hours to put the knob back on per John's instructions, yet less than 24 hours later, the knob predictably comes off. Finally, Keith says yeah, you're probably going to need to replace the plate! Why not just do that in the first place?? Ugh!! Ended up getting charged for a repair that didn't work, with them refusing to refund the money from the failed repair. This would be our second experience with KFLHS. On both occasions, awesome price, quality work that the KFLHS team takes pride in! I genuinely could not be happier with the outcomes of both projects(kitchen, living area, and main bath). I will be calling to set up another we appointment for a quote on another project. Bottom line...give these folks a shot, they're AWESOME!!!

As we all know we got quite a bit of snow the other day! My daughter had been calling around everywhere in canandaigua for someone to help her as she was trapped in her driveway! I literally called Keith’s handyman service and even though they were extremely busy Keith himself took the time to go look at the driveway and he plowed her out himself!! I called to say how thankful we were as she has a small child and had to get out!! I just wanted to say this is not the first time we have asked for help and Keith himself has come to the rescue ! You and your crew are awesome and do wonderful work no complaints here I highly recommend Keith’s handyman service to anyone who needs help from a group of people that come when called and do exceptional work every time!!!!!!
