Keith's Heating & Air Conditioning

Mike was outstanding during a fall tune up on my gas furnace. He shared a lot of knowledge with me while also adjusting the unit for my size of house and our elevation. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Keith Heating and Air Conditioning enough! Mike, the technician, was absolutely fantastic. He responded promptly to our call and came out right away, even in the middle of the summer when the heat was unbearable. The quality of the work was outstanding—everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. On top of that, Mike was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. If you need HVAC service, this is the company to call!

I wish I could give Kieth’s 10 stars. we are in the middle of summer, middle of a heat wave, and our air conditioning went out. Their tech was able to show up same day, which is incredible. He never once tried to upsell us. We really thought we needed a new air conditioner and all it was was some part that he replaced. At the same time, our nest thermostat (which we HATE) was not working and causing our fan to shut off. Our tech replaced our thermostat (which we asked him to do, he did not try and upsell us,) and waited around to make sure everything worked. In todays service world, professionalism, and courtesy aren’t always present. But with Kieth’s, they were friendly they were understanding they were helpful they were affordable… overall, a wonderful experience during a stressful time

Excellent service! Trustworthy and no nonsense. Marcia in the front office was a delight to speak with! She was able to have a service call setup for my HVAC within 24 hrs (during a heatwave!). Chad the technician was friendly and informative with great "non-salesy" approach to solving the problem. Very refreshing! On top of quickly identifying the issue with my system and repairing it, he gave me great advice for improving the efficiency of my HVAC as well. Coming from a service background, I can say the Keith's team knows how to take care of their customers. Thanks Keith's!

It started off as a good meeting with the tech he was a really nice guy was told I needed a new control board so he had to order one well when it came in he returned to install it in my furnace I had a new air filter I wanted installed which the tech said he would do. Well a few days goes buy and I have to go under my house to check something and what do I notice? The technician that installed the new control board didn’t install my air filter he left it just laying on the ground he left the old parts that were taken off on top of my furnace and he didn’t even put the cover back on the furnace it was just thrown on the ground. Needless to say I will never use them again not after being charged $600 dollars for that kind of work he did. It was very unprofessional.
