Stopped in at Keller’s this morning for service on my gas stove as pilot light would not stay on. That afternoon service guy called and said he could stop up that same afternoon. Just bought my house that has coal furnace in the basement. I never had a coal furnace before. Steve from Keller came over on time, cleaned the furnace, oiled the motors, and instructed me on how to use it. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I had great experience!! I definitely recommend them.

Keller recently installed a new boiler at our business. It was a big job and they had 2-3 techs on the job at all times. Very friendly and they left the place cleaner than when they got here. They were the least expensive of 3 estimates we received. Great job!

Our split air conditioning went down. Called Kellers, had Jason out the next day. Jason diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. Zach did a good job finding the part and getting it in a hurry as we were in the middle of a heat wave. Jason replaced the circuit board which started throwing all kinds of code including calling Samsung Tech direct for assistance. He almost took the entire unit apart looking for the issues. He finally found some wires were fried. He cleaned up the wires reconnected and we had air conditioning again. Kudos to Jason for going and the taking the extra steps (above & beyond per my wife)and fixing the problems. Would highly recommend Keller and their staff.

Insane price gauging for parts and service! I ended up with a $400 bill for a gas fire place valve and magically, a new issue appeared as soon as the tech left. $50 for a plastic battery holder too! $150 for a valve. $165 for 30 minutes of work. C’mon!!! You just lost a customer. Someone else will fix the new issue you left. Me!
