The installer came in. I, told him as I had told the measurements man that the carpet was installed in the 1980s after a fire. The measurements man said nothing about problems removing the carpet. The installer looked over the carpet, told me he would "make a plan" for the installation. Well, he rode back to where he came from without telling me. Local Lowes was tasked by him with telling me he wouldn't do it today. My furniture movers removed all the necessary carpet and padding. It's piled up in the yard waiting for them at Kellers to pick up and install new carpet. Called Kellers to reschedule. Left voice mail. Trying to find a phone number I found the BBBwebsite report they aren't accredited in fact they have an F score. Called Lowes installation service and told them that the

I got quotes for flooring with them though lowes. They tried to charge me over5000$ for 3 rooms approx 700-800sq feet and I brought the rooms up on the request during measurement at with the store when the quote came back insanely high for some vinyl sheet floor. It took 3 weeks for then to "get the right quote" and still did not fix it. Would not recommend

Crew was on time, very polite, and respectful of our belongings Did a great job with our tile floor installation. Good people. Look forward to our future backsplash installation.

These folks did an excellent job on installing my floor. They very polite and professional. I would hire them again. I would recommend them to the many people I know.
