Karissa, a sales consultant, is super knowledgeable about all their product lines and had valuable suggestions on things that worked and also items to avoid. After sales support was also great, one part had a manufacturing defect and she immediately followed up and got us a replacement. You neeed an appointment, plan ahead it is worth it.

Brought a commercial water valve in looking for a replacement and I was told by the larger balding gentleman out front it would be finding a needle in a haystack. So I tracked a part number down and called and then I was told to bring the valve so they could find it, and I explained the story of how I already did that and the lady on the phone told me that was not true. F- service!

If I could give no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service. On our first visit, my husband and I believed we were ignored because the store was closing in less than 10 minutes. Instead of offering to help us, a man "reminded" us that they were closing in less than 10 minutes. After our second visit today, we will never return. We arrived nearly 2.5 hours before closing. My husband and I again walked the showroom and thought someone would speak with us. Since no one approached us we decided to go to the front desk and ask to speak with someone. The lady working the front desk was helping another lady with samples. Once the other customer left, we asked if we could get some help with bathtubs. We were asked if we have an appointment and we said no. The employee told

I wish I could give a more personal shout-out to the woman with the long blondish hair behind the counter but I didn't get her name! I was on day 7 of my mission and she helped me solve it!!! Thank you for your knowledge!!!
