I returned a faulty shower head. Two months later, I’m still waiting for a refund. I have been promised return phone calls for an update but no one ever calls. The only way I can get them to communicate with me is if I drive 7 miles to the store. Take your business elsewhere if you want good customer service,

Never received a call from a manager as promised. They weren’t willing to exchange an item, because they apparently don’t have a return policy. Rather they wanted to sell me another piece of equipment after I was already out $1,000
