Rick is a consummate professional who brings his decades of experience and expertise to his work. He responded to our emergency call of having no water on a weekend and arrived on a Sunday with a fully equipped truck to pull a well pump. He promptly pulled our well pump, diagnosed the problem. He returned the next day to complete repairs with all of the necessary equipment and completed his work before noon. The bill for these services was more than reasonable. As an unexperienced well person, I was so relieved to have found Rick's service number when my well decided to not produce enough water for my home. I had been in my home for slightly 2 weeks after renting it out due to military reasons, and did not expect to not have water.
