Disappointing Customer Service and Unfulfilled Promises** I recently attempted to purchase several 10-gallon emerald green Arborvitae trees from this business, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that the trees were out of stock but was assured that a new shipment would arrive within a week. However, when I followed up, I was told they had not arrived. After multiple calls and delays, I was informed that some had been received—but they were allocated for another order. Despite additional assurances that my trees would arrive on the next truck, another week passed, and still, no trees were available. Eventually, I was offered 7-gallon trees instead of the 10-gallon ones I originally ordered, requiring yet another wait. At this point, aft

I used Shademaster out of the Davenport to plant four trees last fall. They were excellent. This year I decided to shop local and purchase four trees from Kellor & Kellor and had them install all four trees. First, they made a mess and didn't bother to clean up all the dirt clods around the worksite. Then the root ball dislodged on two of the trees and they began to lean. Took a week and half for them to call back; then they wanted to charge extra for staking. Between the lack of clean up, slow response, and the extra charge for staking, I am not willing to use them again. For my next few trees I will use Shademaster again. Oh, and I paid the same for installation, so don't think Shademaster charged more.

I am sooo happy with my landscaping done by 2 if the nicest guys!! They had a lot if clean up of weeds and old bushes. The plants are great!! I love love the look!!
