ZWB General Construction

ZWB recently remodeled my bathroom, they took it down to the studs. I couldn't get them to answer calls or texts. The work they did was careless and poorly done, there is caulk masking where the trim was cut too short, caulk missing from the shower, the flooring was cut so short in some spaces that the subfloor can be seen through the gaps, the walls were not squared when drywalled leading to a trashy fix on my $2,000 vanity. The door, trim, and vanity are all different color whites and different styles of wood. ZWB has already been to my house once to do remedial work and I now refuse to have them back. I would not recommend ZWB to anyone. I paid $25,000 to leave a review, you're the company that neglected to think of the long term implications of a job not well done.

Zach and his crew installed spray foam to my steel 40x60 machine shed. They took care to make sure no over-spray hit my garage doors, openers, outlets and floor. (They basically covered everything in plastic). They arrived when Zach said they would- and actually stayed late to try to get shed done in one day. Unfortunately (for them) they ran short of product so they had to return the next morning to finish (which didn’t bother me at all). I would absolutely use ZWB again- not just for spray foam, but also other projects, as their professionalism and concern for maintaining a clean work area was impressive. Thanks for a great job - I’m extremely pleased!!!

As a Company AND Owner, did not want to take ownership or accountability on the most important part of the claim that they left out, all the owner said was "Sorry, there was miscommunication." Even recommended to call the insurance and state that it was the adjusters fault. Siding job was very poorly done, and did not care to fix at all, when bringing up concerns they acted like it was no big deal and too late for anything. Plus it took them like 1 month or more to get this small house Siding job, and to do a very poor job is just unacceptable. I do not recommend, please look elsewhere.

ZWB installed vinyl plank flooring in my home recently. The ZWB crew were very good at their job and got it completed in great timing.I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to update your home.

Ghosted us on a new home build after us getting building permit and having him work with our bank. Bank warned us he was being sued.
