System installed 2013. Service visit 2019. Great system. Nicely installed. Works great when it doesn't need rate service. We attempted to schedule service recently. Because we'd not used them for a few years we are considered "New Customers" and they aren't taking any! I don't suffer fools gladly and emailed them. One of the Kelly family called and the first words were: "I don't care what high falutin company you work for..." I hung up. He/they callled again. I ignored. Then a message was left by another Kelly family member left a message. This I deleted. Repeat business is the bread and butter of a company whose principal interest is not to charge the highest going rate for a quality system only to turn repairs and expensions away. We have moved on. A+++ all the way. They’ve always done a good job for my house but went above and beyond recently. I was fixing a loose connection and needed a crimp tool to secure 3 clamps. Called them up, they loaned me a tool for 30mins, job done! Saved me $140. Kelly Green is the best!!

I have used Kelly Green for winterization for several years now. This past year due to a failed irrigation valve in my basement water was reintroduced to the system. I contacted Kelly Green and the owner Duggan came out to my house a few hours later to assess and diagnose the failed valve. Duggan even had his crew come back out to re-winterize for me. The customer service and how they operate is top notch - I highly recommend Kelly Green.

Great service over +20 years. Always reliable and professional. Kelly Green has really great service techs. Most years I only see them to turn the system on in the spring and off in the fall but I always appreciate their reliability.

Had Kelly Green install a new sprinkler system at my place this week. Really responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Great job with the installation - crew was very professional and took good care when digging things up for the piping. System works great, is easy to use, and also hi-tech. Highly recommend KG for a really professional job.
