Vann Heating & Air

I’ve been using Vann Heating & Air for a couple of years now, and Pete has handled my seasonal A/C and heating preventative maintenance. This fall, I had Pete come out because my inducer motor wasn’t starting consistently. Pete ran multiple tests and was very honest—he never pushes services you don’t actually need. In the end, I decided to replace the inducer motor, and I haven’t had a single issue with my furnace this winter. I’ll continue using Vann for all of my heating and cooling needs. Pete was very informative, efficient and honest about his diagnosis of our faulty AC unit. We love working with Vann! Pete and Kate are great and always so kind and helpful. We have the Vann plan and I recommend it to everyone. They don't try to sell you on anything and are very knowledgable. We just tried turning our furnace on for the first time this year and it didn't turn on but Pete did our furnace tune-up today and got it back to running in no time and it was included in our tune-up cost. Highly highly recommend!
