Kelly Karpets (Shea) was a real pleasure to work with during the floors and carpet replacement in my home after the water heater leaked and damaged my home (12/07/2025).. I would like to say the crew that installed our floors was second to none, and Chris Turner and Sherina did an excellent job installing the carpet upstairs. Very responsive, we had our hot water tank leak all over the office and needed to get the carpet replaced asap. Kelly Karpets was excellent in reviewing and measuring the office, providing a quote and installing within days so our tenant could resume operations!
I would highly recommend this company they are the best priced around and do a great job and if there are any issues they are quick to fix the issues...
Don't use this place!! Horrible and cheap!
