When they hold traffic up for hours, they apparently can care less about others. I sat in traffic going north for over an hour. Meanwhile, south bound traffic is moving smoothly. They are not fast or respectful.
Best asphalt plant in West Virginia by far. Plant personnel top notch, along with great personalities. Just good people to work with
