I got a new furnace from PLEASANT AIR today. The guys were wonderful courteous and very helpful. I love my new heater especially right now when it's so cold I enjoyed working with PLEASANT AIR very much and hope to continue thank you all so much for helping me when I really needed it. You are wonderful people to deal with.

Was having issues with the sewer lines at my business. Called Pleasant Air and they scheduled an appointment the next morning. Both of the plumbers who came to work on the issue were very professional, they answered my questions and dis not try to sell me on unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

My furnace kept running nonstop so I called who my parents always did Pleasant Air and Cooling.The two technicians that came out were great, very pleasant and very knowledgeable , they had my part in stock and on the truck…so very grateful for dependable service. Thank you again!

I will make my initial review short and expand on my total service later. We are very pleased with the installation service we received from Pleasant Air Heating & Cooling. From the initial consultation to the conclusion of installation of our new A/C system, the Pleasant Air team has treated us as a valued customer and delivered on every promise made and more. All personnel have been courteous, professional and never tried to sell us equipment or services that we did not need. We will call on Pleasant Air first for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

I have an external unit. They installed the new unit and reworked some duct. Very good work. Had a small glitch with the motor. Which was a manufacturing foul up. They replaced motor and everything is working well. They're very professional. I would recommend them!
