We recently had our 30-year-old roof replaced by Kelly Property Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The communication through Alex was impeccable from start to finish, keeping us informed every step of the way. The team was thorough yet fast, completing the job efficiently without cutting corners. They even put all my deck furniture and potted flowers back where they belonged. We would recommend Kelly Property Services to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable work on their home!

Unprofessional, shoddy work, hot tempered. All of this and more. Our condo association signed a $2M contract. Each unit owner had their windows removed. They were sloppy in their work, cannot even drive a straight nail and way behind schedule because they don't send sufficient crews. They demolished our deck and did not put up a protective barrier outside the slider. Huge safety violation. The painter did not put down tarps, stained our stairwell carpet and put filthy rags on our son's bed. The foreman bullied and tried to intimidate me in my own home. When we complained, he the owner declared he would not finish the interior of our condo and told us we were not allowed to speak to them? Really? All because of an exchange about shoddy work, without even speaking to us. Who does this ow

I am posting this review specifically to offset the one negative review written by very difficult people in our condominium association. Kelly Construction was the most respectful, professional, and kindest group of workmen I have ever had in my home. Before the construction began, they went house to house to go over in great detail what the work would entail and what we needed to do to prepare. They went above and beyond their job description to help us move furniture and get our homes ready for the inside work. Once the inside work started, we barely knew they were there. They worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently, and finished faster than we ever imagined. I am writing to commend the work recently done for me by two employees of Kelly's Property Services. These gentlemen were assigned to repair some rotting clapboard siding on my condominium and to power wash my deck. I could not be happier with the outcomes. These workers are clearly highly skilled. They paid careful attention to every detail. In addition, they kept checking with me to make sure I knew what they were doing and that it met with my approval. Finally, they were both incredibly polite and pleasant to deal with. I have owned a house or a condominium for 44 years. I have had numerous occasions on which to engage contractors. The efforts of these employees of Kelly's Property Services rank with the best I have experienced.

We have been using Kelly's Property Services for over 20yrs. They have fixed just about every ailment our house has had! The workers are diligent and very pleasant ! We just had our kitchen cabinets done and they were able to recreate the antique finish! It looks amazing!! We are never disappointed. Bryan and his crew are the Best!
