Cody was so personable as well as very helpful in making it possible to get our two flights of stairs carpeted within a very tight timeline. Much appreciated! They have a great selection, so that we were able to quickly find exactly what we were looking for. And Brett, the installer was very pleasant and also proved to be not only knowledgeable concerning the intricacies of stairway carpet installation, but also a master at his profession ~ we are so glad that he was our carpet installer ~ the stairs look absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend!

My wife and I stopped by today to explore options for LVP and carpet. Brent and Cody were in the office that day and provided us with exceptional service; they were very attentive to our questions and helped us pick flooring that matched our aesthetic taste and price point. They even gave us some refreshments while we were there! While we haven't purchased flooring from them yet, they are a strong contender based off the customer service they provided to us today as potential buyers. We left today with quotes in hand.
