Kemp Dalton was outstanding in their customer service from start to finish with out new LVP flooring. They communicated well, they had a great installation team and they followed up with me on everything. I would highly recommend them to any friends/neighbors and I would definitely use Kemp Dalton again in the future. I worked the most with Cassidy and I found her to be extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Very responsive to my calls and emails.

Excellent service from beginning to end. We finished our basement and wanted a laminate floor to match the upstairs. At the store the staff was very helpful and we found exactly what we needed at a great price. Communication was great. The installation was on time, and the crew did a great job in leveling and installing the floors. I would highly recommend.

The folks at Kemps were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cassidy in particular, was great with information and project follow through. We had about 1200 Sq ft of Shaw LvP professionally installed a few months ago; the same crew came back today to complete the last room of 250 Sq ft. Super attention to detail such as floor prep and clean up.We like the fact they have well-vetted installation folks versus the box stores who select their installers by who is available that day. Kemps pricing was also very competitive.We'd highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.
