I’m not sure 5 stars is enough for Kendall Construction. My front porch railing was wrought iron which not only dated the house but required upkeep to keep from rusting. I saw what Kendall Construction had done to my daughter’s porch and she got me in touch with them. Mr. Kendall came to my house, measured the porch and talked with me about what I wanted. They sent a quote, I approved it and the material was ordered. As soon as the material was in, they scheduled the installation. It only took one day for them to replace my railing with a beautiful, maintenance free railing. They included me in every decision to make sure I was satisfied. I am totally in love with my new porch railing. (Photos below show new on left and old on right)

Kendall Construction gets 10 stars from me!! They were an amazing company to work with! We had hail and tornado damage on our home and they made the whole construction and repair process absolutely painless. From guiding us through choosing siding colors, handling all of our insurance paperwork, arriving on time and finishing quickly, to stopping by a few days later just to make sure everything was perfect, they were awesome through it all. So quick to respond to any questions we had and very thorough with all the details. We even called them a few weeks later for a super small exterior job on our patio and they worked us into their schedule very quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Super fair prices too!!

We hired Kendall Construction to replace the siding and our roof following storm damage. They were prompt, thorough, and guided us through the entire process with our insurance company. If we had any questions, they got back to us asap. The price was fair and the work was top notch. We have no reservations recommending them to any customers. We are so pleased with the way it all came out!

We had storm damage back in June. Kendall repaired our roof and some frame work. 100% satisfied, from work performed, communication, and price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if ever needed.

Had high hopes and expectations when I initially spoke with Brian about an estimate. He was enthusiastic and confident about the job, assured me it would be done quickly. But when a rep came to look over my project, he hadn't a clue why he was there. Kept rolling his eyes and sighing. That was on a Friday, said he would have an estimate the first of the week. That was 3 weeks ago, without a single word. I guess he never said which week. Would never trust them again.
