They trimmed (butchered)some - not all - of our trees for the electric company. They did about 2/3 of our frontage- not all of it. After they left I noticed 2 rails on our fence broken. Minimal cleanup. They just picked up the big stuff. Plenty of people were there that could have been using a rake. Quarter size sticks everywhere. They aren’t good for the mower. Little twigs we can live with. If they’re a responsible company they should rake up the mess they make in a mowed yard. The job looks like it was done half assed.

I'm assuming this hack company was hired by my electric or cable company. Their trucks are all over town and showed up in July to butcher my mature cherry trees that were not particularly close to the power lines. I witnessed a man wave a chainsaw around randomly over his head without any protective equipment in the hottest part of the year and day, randomly hacking at grape vines I had growing through the trees while standing in my garden. They left a tangled mess of dead vines and tree branches. The vines were far away from any power lines. One of the tree branches got stuck on my electric service line and he ripped the power line partially out of my house while tugging on it with a pole saw. They removed a giant tree that was a hazard to the power lines and to the property. A lot of tree services would not take on this job but they got it done. While I understand they are not contracted to remove everything they take down. They did leave it stacked well and we will use it for firewood

If I could give 0 stars I would but google doesn’t allow, but one star is not even close to what should be reflected on how my situation was handled. Kendall showed up to my house to top the tree somewhat close to the power lines unannounced. I come home after work to a yard full of down limbs and sticks everywhere as well as ruts from one end of my front yard to the other roughly 2 to 8 inches deep after the area received a little under 4 inches of rain over the weekend. Kendall thought the best way to top the trees was not from the road but rather from the soggy yard. To make matters worse they drove over my septic lines, gas lines, and water lines. HORRIBLE, they hacked up my dogwood tree, assuming hired by county. It should never have been cut and when I talked to the foreman he agreed and said he would "talk to his guys" as they should know better. Dogwoods are very slow growing and they hacked a big chunk out it. I had had an arborist look at it earlier this year to be sure it was fine so something like this would not happen and the arborist said "very slow growing, it will not reach the wires and it should not be trimmed"
