Kenmore Remodel & Construction

We've had the pleasure of using Kenmore remodel on numerous other jobs at our primary residence (a review of which has already been done) and now it's time to share what they did for us with our kitchen remodel. We're overdue on this review, but still one year later we are still in awe of the work they accomplished on our kitchen (and living room and dining room ceilings too.). Dan and his crew are incredibly talented and professional. They executed a flawless remodel all while dealing with the challenges of the pandemic and supply chain issues. They completely gutted the existing kitchen, moved and widened some entrances and rebuilt from the studs up including overseeing a new Ipe floor to match our existing floors elsewhere. Much of their time involved scraping our popcorn ceilings

Dan and his team did an absolutely amazing job, over and above, on my bathroom "remodel". I put remodel in quotes because the whole thing was ROTTEN all the way to the dirt! It turned out to be a huge job, and they rebuilt the whole floor, beams, trusses, posts, and all. I can rest easy knowing it's in super sturdy condition. Oh, and it is GORGEOUS! They were respectful of my home, prompt, talented and hard working. I am grateful to have a fantastic contractor to turn to!

Dan and his crew at Kenmore Remodel & Construction did a full new construction built out of our mother-in-law unit for us. Dan’s team did a very through job from explaining the process to high quality craftsmanship. Dan was transparent when unforeseen issues came up and guided us through them. We had a complex architectural plan and he did a great job with the details. He offered some cost saving steps without compromising quality. Follow up on the job was excellent. We interviewed five different contractors before proceeding with a full remodel of our 1971 master bathroom in Kirkland. Dan was patient with our questions and provided a detailed estimate. As the project progressed we appreciated the work beginning each day on time, as well as daily communication. The crews were professional and friendly.
