Kenneth and his son responded to a service call on my furnace, that was not working. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor, which corrected the problem. They were prompt, professional, and very courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Please do not do business with this company. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever hired. Here are the details of my complaint. I hired this company through my home warranty company to service the outside compressor of my AC Unit. In order to open the ticket, I had to pay a $125.00 service charge. Kenneth Buggay Mechanical Co. was assigned to my ticket and they sent a technician to my home. He diagnosed the issued as a burned out circuit board which needed to be replaced. I watched him remove the circuit board from my unit and was told he did not have the part on his truck and that it would have to be ordered. He said they would call me when the part arrived and they would schedule a time to complete the repair. Two month went by and I never received a call. So, on November

Joseph and John from Kenneth Buggay Mechanical came out on a home warranty call and were absolutely fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning system and had it fixed in no time. Fast, professional, and efficient—couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this team!

3 visits with no AC fix and when asked if they were coming out a fourth time, they said no. No apology, no communication. Dispatch was completely rude! If you see this name on a claim, immediately ask to be reassigned. Companies like this should not be allowed to exist and they don’t care because they get business through warranty companies so there are no repercussions. You’re better off spending $$$ for a REAL HVAC company.

The absolute worst service. Very unprofessional and a no show to my home. The original appointment was scheduled through my warranty company with this unprofessional contractor. The technician that came out, seemed intimidated to work on my Trane AC units and said that a Trane professional may have to work on it, in which led me to believe that he was not a skilled technician because several companies have come out and serviced my units before and I’ve never been told this. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t work on my unit because it was raining and he could be shocked in which was understandable . I was rescheduled two days later on a day when it still was raining.
