We used Kenn's Duluth Lock and Key to replace our frondoor handle which was broken. Since our house was 20 years old we decided to replace all of our outdoor locks and door handles. Kenn went above and beyond an excellent level of service. He went with us to Home Depot to ensure that that we were satisfied with the hardware and that we purchased everything correctly the first time. We would highly recommend Kenn to anyone looking for a locksmith. He is not only highly qualified in his field, but a very honest man.

Ken tried to help me to do it myself before having an appointment. That kind of honesty and service doesn’t come around too much these days! I’m usually pretty handy, but when I couldn’t do it myself he came within a couple hours, installed a new lock for me and fixed my door so it would close properly too! Can’t say enough great things!
