Employees are always helpful and guide me where I need. Had a question about deck cleaner today and got a good opinion. The lady that checked me out today gave more info on the rewards program which made me sign up and gave me 15.00 to use against my next purchase.
So there is one in Ashland and also kenova wv I myself went to the one in kenova wv and these ppl are amazing and always willing to help going above and beyond..
Great experience while at Kenny Queen Hardware. Pro Small town vibes so never busy an always have plenty of people to help. Con because it is a small town kinda store prices are a little high but not bad.

We called ahead to see if they had a specific part in stock. The lady that spoke to us on the phone was very friendly and helpful. We then went down to pick up, and again the staff were very friendly and eager to help. They have a pretty good selection as well as reasonable/competitive prices. I usually do my hardware purchasing at Lowe's or Menard's, but I will be more than happy to stop in Kenny Queen to support local business.
