Lawncare by Brandon Landscape & Tree service

I prepaid $700 in December for seasonal snow removal for the 2025–2026 winter season (unlimited plowing and ice melt with a 2” trigger). I was told service would be provided Sunday evening/night and that my driveway would be a priority. That did not happen, and there was no communication. As a result, the driveway became a solid sheet of ice and unusable. I understand winter conditions are difficult and unpredictable. The issue here is not the weather—it’s missed service and lack of follow-up after payment. I’ve formally requested either same-day service or a refund and am pursuing an alternate provider due to urgency. This review reflects the situation as of today and can be updated if the matter is resolved professionally.

Im very disappointed after paying $700 for the year for pre-treatment/salt/snow plowing services. All we've received so far is lies about you coming. I don't understand why you are advertising more snow removal when you can't even service the clients you have.

Had large Tulip Poplar removed they did exactly as quoted and an outstanding job!

Hired Larry to cut down three trees, and remove some limbs. Four months later he hasn't finished the job, which he has no intention of finishing. His guys leave their trash everywhere. His communication is non existent and needless to say I wouldn't recommend him. It's gonna cost me $2000 dollars extra to clean up the mess he left and finish the tree work he wouldn't do. Do NOT HIRE HIM.

Worked with him removing a big elm tree, very knowledgeable climber, and took extra steps to get the job done as efficient as possible! Very reliable services with top notch quality! Highly recommend him any time I can!
