BEWARE! If your AC system was installed by this company and the weather was below 55 degrees, it was never turned on or tested. This was revealed in court after a successful lawsuit against the home builder for negligent installation. When the judge asked them why they don’t go back during warm weather to turn it on and test it they had no response. 2 of our neighbors also had issues with their installation. If they installed the system for your new build, have it inspected by a competent HVAC company and if evidence of improper installation is found, send the bill to your builder as they are legally responsible for the work of their subcontractors. It seems that their business model is to install a new build system without testing, and then profiting when the inevitable service call comes

The builder that built our home hired these clowns to install our system. Complete disaster from the day the system was installed. Complete lack of care and lack of craftsmanship. Our duct work looks like a three year old beat it to death with a hammer. The first day the system was fired up it leaked all over our basement floor due to the drain line not being installed correctly. No drain line clean out installed on the drain line. Massive gaps and holes in the duct work that allowed air to escape causing the system to work harder. After running lines from outside the house to the inside the installer took the liberty of running his caulk smeared finger all over the outside of our home instead of cleaning the caulk off his finger with a rag. My builder used Kenrich on my newly constructed home. 2 units installed. 1st and 2nd floor independently. I was involved throughout the process, and they worked around my needs as far as placements on multiple registers. I couldn't have been happier with their patience. Just last month, I had a water leak within our 1st floor unit that they came out to repair. It was a manufacturers defect that took a few visits to remedy. I'm very pleased with their service and would highly recommend. Thanks

We just had central air conditioning installed with Kenrich Mechanical. I did not think central air was an affordable option for us. I was looking at using split air conditioning units . I was thrilled to hear that they could install central air conditioning in my home. They did an awesome job! We have a large 4 level split level home. John, Matt and Mike were our main installers. They were clean, efficient and arrived promptly at 7:30 each day. The project took them 3 days. I was thrilled to hand them a check when the job was done and we said goodbye. I feel super comfortable knowing they will be available when we need them. Thank you!!!

I called them late in the afternoon due to a heating issue and they were able to send someone out promptly. I truly appreciated the service, especially with small children in the home. Thank you again!
