Chris was fantastic! He figured out the problem right away and was able to fix it. He was personable and professional and very sweet with my small kids, who answered the door before I could. I would definitely recommend him and Ken's Appliance Service. Scheduling was easy and communication was great.

Great warranty service. Wes was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and understanding. He had not heard of my dryer problem before, whirlpool tech support also hadn't. After 2 visits and videos of problem, plus a log when it happened, tech support diagnosed issue. Third visit dryer part replaced. So far it's working well. This was all under warranty, so no cost to me. Thanks Wes for sticking with it & getting dryer repaired.

They were able to order a part for my oven and have it installed within a week! Associate was very professional and on time, great communication. Will call them again if I have appliance repair needs.
