If you value courtesy and community, KMS is terrible. For an oil tank removal service, they will obtain the proper permits, then proceed to occupy any available parking spots along with their reserved spaces. If you ask them to use the spaces that they paid for, they will refuse. They block driveways during work hours, refusing the adjacent property owners access or fees from their own property.
