Ken and his team were incredible to work with. Ken was responsive, professional, and has a great disposition to make you feel at ease with your belongings. They moved a very large dining room cabinet and hutch, probably bigger and heavier than what was expected, and professionally wrapped them before loading them up and moving across the county. I highly recommend Big Ken for your moving needs, both large and small.

Ken and his guys came out and did an amazing job! They got me packed up and moved into my place in good timing. Ken’s communication was great from the start. I had a last minute move and he was able to squeeze me in with no problem. If y’all are looking for a moving company, look no further!

I want to share my experience to help others be cautious. After notifying Ken the owner about canceling my moving appointment, I received a message from Ken that felt unprofessional and a bit confrontational. Ken mentioned not even scheduling me yet as a “blessing” and announced a $100 booking fee policy to charge customers who cancel. The whole time, I was under the impression that I was already scheduled since Ken asked for my email and said he would send a quote on the day of the move. This made the cancellation feel confusing and confrontational. While I understand businesses need policies, the way this was communicated left a bad impression.
