This company will always be 5 stars to me! My family has been using Ken’s Plumbing for years, and now that I’m married and have my own home with my husband, we continue to rely on them. They recently replaced our main sewer line from cast iron to PVC, and the entire job was completed in less than three days. Ken’s Plumbing is truly client-focused, trustworthy, and loyal. Their rates are extremely fair, and they stand behind their work with excellent warranties. They may be a small company, but don’t underestimate their skill and the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend them!

Ken’s is amazing. They are fast, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly cost efficient, excellent with communication, and (most importantly) you can trust them. When our 100 year old, 600lbs. boiler stopped turning on, we started the process of getting estimates to replace it. Adam from Ken’s came by and he was the only plumber who even tried to fix it—which he did! Then, sadly, the boiler finally gave out in the middle of this past winter & Ken’s immediately scheduled an emergency steam boiler replacement. Michael, John, and Heather went above and beyond. They didn’t just come in and get the job done, they put genuine and expert care into doing things the right way. It’s no wonder so many reviews here include pictures that show off the stellar quality of their work.

Heather and Joe M. stopped by today to diagnose what we thought was a leaking pipe. They actually identified that it was a leaking roof near the fireplace chimney, and not a leaking pipe.They removed the ice that was on the roof and solved our problem. We were so happy that they went above and beyond to diagnose our water problem. Thank you again for the prompt service and professionalism. I have been using Ken's Plumbing for many years.

Called Ken’s this morning and Heather and Elie arrived by 1pm! My kitchen sink was unclogged in about 20 minutes. They were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you for getting the job done so fast!!
