Ken and his crew removed 3 large pines from my back yard that had already damaged my roof earlier in the year. When I called to set up the initial estimate, I left a voicemail because I was unable to reach someone, and never received a call back. A few days later Ken did show up, unannounced, to my home and left the estimate in my mailbox. I called him 15 minutes later and was met with no answer. I called once more the next day with no answer, and followed up with an email to no avail. I gave one more try at a phone call and did reach Ken after leaving another voicemail, and he assured he he would be out “later in the week” to remove the trees but would call me prior to let me know the date and time. Ken's team did a fantastic job! They gave me a good fair quote and did exactly what they said they'd do. They took down three trees and cleaned up the mess in just about an hour! We are very satisfied! We will definitely use them again!

Ken came out the same day I called to write up an estimate for removing a tree that had split in half due to storm damage. He was able to remove the tree and stump the very next day. Highly recommend Ken and his team for their responsiveness, quality work, and competitive prices!
