Ken's Van Service

By far the best moving service I have ever used in the 9 years of living in NYC. Found Ken and his company referred to me while shopping at housing works. Company partners with housing works - I was at the Chelsea/Flatiron location on 17th street. Put any questions I had at ease given fact HW has been using his company for years and didn't have to worry about credibility or insurance etc... All was vouched and provided for. They provided me his contact info to move furniture I bought and deliver it to my place. Called him...extremely nice guy was able to do job in very timely manner. Affordable, professional team, incredibly careful with handling of pieces. That was back in April. I then called him mid August to see if he or employees were available to move a size-able amount of furnitur

Ken and his men arrived right on time; that’s important to me. They worked quickly and quietly, taking their time with my delicate stuff. And I was 4 flights up with no elevator! I was happy to tip each guy, because they went above and beyond. Thanks, Ken. I will continue to talk you up.

They were supposed to deliver a table with a marble top. The top came split in half and a large chunk of the corner broken off. It’s crazy that I was charged at all for this delivery. Will not hire or recommend again.

Setting up the pick up/delivery with Ken and working with Leroy for the actual move was flawless. Great rates, great guys!
