I did have a genuine nightmare with my range circuit board when it just collapsed out of the blue. I contacted a professional repair firm, and I was also glad to find that they not only had the right part but that their professionalism allowed them to successfully complete the repair. The staff were courteous and transparent with their fees. Thanks to their help, my range now functions like a brand-new appliance straight from the factory. I would recommend their service to anyone who has any problems with stoves.

Update: now the pump they put in is leaking. This company is absolutely incompetent. They are also not licensed with the city of Kent. Currently pursuing a lawsuit against this company and parent company. They sent a tech over to swap out a washing machine pump. After the repair, our first load resulted in water pouring out of the lights and walls downstairs. We called a water restoration company immediately and a plumber to evaluate. Plumbers came the next day and determined that the repairman from Kent Appliance Mending did not put the drain hose down the drain far enough. In fact, it was only inserted about an inch. This caused the water to spray back and go down the inside of the wall instead. This company has not responded to my demand that they cover the cost of the damages and repa
