Very rude worker who basically threatened to have my water shut off because I don't want a smart meter. Just doing his job, he said. I told him to come back after he's changed everyone else's out. There is a bill in the legislature to allow opt out of intrusive metering, so don't allow anyone to change your meter if you don't want it, until this is voted on. One other thing, after he went to our neighbors house , I saw him speeding down the road. Kentrel needs to remind their employees to obey speed limit laws.

Our water company contracted with Kentrel to replace our water meter. They showed up on time within the scheduled window. They were friendly, polite, & professional. They completed the work quickly.

Extremely unhappy. My water company contracted Kentrel to replace water meters. My appointment was between 8-12. The tech showed up at about 1:00. The installation should have only taken 30 minutes based on the letter we received from the water company. The tech was here for 90 minutes and had to call a second tech to come because he was not sure what to do. When the tech left, he told my wife there was "a little water on the floor". What was left was spreading across my basement, under a workout mat and soaking a bunch of things we had there for storage. It looks like the tech did not have a bucket to catch any water in when he disconnected the old meter and just let it go all over the floor. No one should be doing work in someone else's home and leaving any amount of water on the floor.

Had appointment scheduled between 12 and 4. No one came. I called and was told tech tried to call but did not leave a message. They told me he was here and knocked on door but nobody answered. I was here all day facing door and no one knocked..This is not honesty. I waited specially and was told my area is filled up and I have to wait until date opens up!

Fast, clean, and efficient. Old house with 60yr old gate valve. Told Him it still drips a lot when off. He was slick with a bucket and didn’t leave any mess. Good job!
